At ComfortAid, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help—within the boundaries of hygiene standards and healthcare product guidelines.


📦 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on non-custom, unused products within 30 days of delivery, under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage or signs of wear.

  • Products must be returned with all accessories, components, and documentation.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

⚠️ Used mattresses or opened covers cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used mattresses

  • Custom-size or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Any item returned after 30 days of delivery


💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We'll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original method of payment.

💳 Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


📬 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective product or shipping error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.


🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@thecomfortaid.com.


🧾 How to Start a Return

  1. Email info@thecomfortaid.com with your order number and the reason for return.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or next steps.
